I took my wife here for her birthday and it was absolutely lovely. The quaint ambience was something that you can’t get anywhere else in Norwich. The food was sensational, Michelin star quality at excellent value. Sam, the waiter, chef and sommelier, was so friendly through all email booking correspondence and so personable throughout our visit. We can’t wait to go again.

Sam’s place never fails to impress. I’ve eaten at Sam’s a number of times and I’m always excited to try new dishes from his forever changing seasonal menu. Absolutely brilliant! Thank you for a great dinning experience at your restaurant. Congratulations to the chef/owner Sam!We had a last minute table for 2, first time visit. The ambience was great. Nice and cosy restaurant.The sample December menu was delicious and everything tasted fresh and full of flavour. We were very impressed how Sam was running everything by himself just fine and with a smile on his face I must say.Well done and we look forward to visiting you again.
