The place doesn't stay open late enough, nothing is pre-cooked (is nice that it's fresh but have to wait 15-20 minutes even when phoned through first!) and the portions are pretty small for the price. That said, the food is very nice, so If you can wait, and don't mind spending a little extra, I'd recommend it over other fish and chip shops in the area.
I live in Feltwell and why people say the staff are rude I'll never know.... the food is cooked to order so always fresh.. and if your going to moan about waiting times then McDonald's in Mildenhall!!! I love the fish and chips here.. so thumbs up from me... Ryan.
