We came for Sunday diner today which was very yummy but just not enough for four of us we only had a small dish of vegetables half of which was red cabbage and none of us like so we had half a dish of veg for four and the Yorkshire puddings were quite dry but the meat was beautifully cooked the gravy was outstanding and the veg we had was equally yummy the service was amazing and everywhere looked clean and tidy had there been more veg and maybe some mashed potatoes it would of...read full review

High end service. Very hospitable to locals and tourists! Customer service excellent!!!! Can't recall the last time I was impressed with customer service in England in a pub/ restaurant!!

Cannot praise enough the staff & chefs here. Went for the Christmas party season & wow what a meal. From the starters to the dessert absolutely gorgeous. Think we need to go back to try the whole menu. The menu as a good selection well worth the price. The beef melt in the mouth, Turkey so succulent.
