The Sawley Arms is a great pub in a lovely town. It boasts a large car park, plenty of outdoor seating and well maintained public rooms. The staff are friendly, efficient and accommodating. The beer is well kept and the pub itself is pristine. The menu features delicious meals, including a highly recommended pie and a perfect cheese board. Sunday lunch is a popular choice, with substantial portions. Desserts like the sticky toffee pudding are also a highlight.
