Excellent service. A band was on in the main bar. Good band, obviously crowded in main bar, so I went into the side lounge. Staff were excellent and came to see me even though I was the only one there. I couldn't see what beers they had on, so the staff member came back with a selection of tasters, fantastic!
The bar that everyone should go to - our local - our favourite - such a gorgeous staff - excellent selection of drinks - always banging tunes - truly don't miss out! We love you Hales Bar!

Last twice at Harrogate, came across the pub by accident, absolutely fabulous atmosphere, service with a smile, I'm not into karaoke, but hey plenty of laughs and some fabulous singers ? love the place ?
