The service in the restaurant during our evening meal was very much below Hotel du Vin standards, a number of other patrons made complaints too. (It would appear, that some loud function was taking place below stairs, this seemed to be the excuse used for such poor and in some cases none existent service) Not our problem, perhaps employ more staff. Visited Harrogate for the first time and stayed at Hotel Du vin. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, customer service at its best. The location of the hotel is perfect..Betty's Tea Rooms is literally a stone throw from.the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel as we were only staying one night and wanted to eat out. We stayed in room Torres which was just the right size and very clean. We'll definitely be staying again. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay pleasurable.

My favourite place to stay in Harrogate large rooms excellent showers and baths with loccitaine toiletries as a little added luxury,and very central to everything you needRooms: Extremely comfortable with the best pillows :)
