“Called in for lunch on the way back from Castle Bolton. Warm & friendly surroundings. Quick & efficient service even though it was a busy period. Prices were absolutely fine in comparison to others in the area. Would recommend & will certainly call back.”

“What a super pub. We went for lunch with a friend and we’re very impressed with the menu choices. I had the veal chop, chips and mushroom sauce and my wife had leg of lamb. Our friend had the fish and we were all super impressed. I would not have enjoyed the fish but my chop was gorgeous. My wife’s lamb just dropped off the bone so very good choice of venue and we look forwards to returning.”
