I am a regular customer, food lovely but today the girl overcharged me by £7.50 by adding an item I hadn't ordered. Instead of voiding the sale altogether and starting again she charged me £25 and did a refund for £7.50. When I asked about it, there was no apology from her, in fact she was quite blasé about the fact that while £25 is taken immediately out of my account, I will have to wait for the bank to reimburse me with the £7.50 because of the girls incompetence! BSK hosted my mother’s 70th birthday party recently and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Everything was amazing from the facilities, the room set-up and the tasty food. The staff were also fantastic. They could not do enough for us and made us very welcome. They even went above and beyond making the menu and drinks Italian themed as a surprise when they found out our family heritage.
