Costa Coffee is a lovely store with friendly and accommodating staff. One young employee stands out for his amazing customer service and fantastic brews. However, the restaurant struggles with slow WiFi, worn-out furniture, and insufficient toilets. More staff are needed to enhance the experience, as one employee can't manage everything alone.
