We spent a very rainy morning of our holiday here with our 21 month old, the staff are really friendly and helpful and there is a fabulous relaxed atmosphere. Our little absolutely loved the soft play and happily spent at least a couple of hours climbing, sliding and running and she would probably have stayed longer! The best place I could find. Very friendly staff always welcoming you with smile no matter what. Remembering your previous order even if it was months ago. Nice communications even if you don't speak English. Love that place thank you Food is the best xx

Group of young children with responsible adults in tow. Party was in cafe and softplay area only through choice. 2 very capable young ladies at counter dealing with hot drink orders for adults and ensuring children left soft play area for cake cutting/finishing time/supporting adults keeping to guidelines.
