We stayed here 21 Dec 2023 on our way to Keswick as the Pub is a motorhome stop over with prior booking. You need to be a self contained unit though. A quiet spot was given to us in the carpark with great views in the daylight. We had a very warm welcome in the pub from the owners and locals. Visited MANY times and we are NEVER disappointed. Great hosts and excellent food great value for money.Rooms: Rooms are not large but have enough space and everything you need you couldn't ask for moreFood & drinks: The food is great and you get soooo much we struggle to eat it all
