What a gem! Fabulous location with great drinks and food. Had a great walk on beach, then up steps for hot chocolate and freshly cooked donuts whilst watching the sea - very happy memory
We have visited Robin Hoods Bay for the last 4+ years and every stay we go to The Galley for drinks and snacks, every day. Without fail the staff are always super friendly and really efficient. You can sit overlooking the bay, whilst enjoying your food and/or drink or take it to the beach or your cottage. The customer service is excellent and always with a smile, come rain or shine. Well done The Galley! Hope to see you again next year.

The food was lovely and very reasonably priced - we had lots to choose from as veggies, both sweet and savoury. We found out lots about the off - peak season culture and had a fantastic chat with the owner. He gave us recommendations about dinner and was very accommodating with our food requests. What a lovely man and a lovely spot for a bte to eat.
