The Dock, Robin Hood's Bay, WhitbyWe had a perfect Friday night in Brambles and couldn’t have been happier with the food, wine and service. Since it was sharing night we indulged in a divine baked Camembert to start and then opted for the Chateaubriand with a Diane and a red wine sauce. It was cooked to perfection and the tastiest steak I can remember, even better than some I’ve had in Paris. The delicious onion bread has to be tasted as it’s hard to describe. Wine was fantastic and we even squeezed in a dessert, both fantastic. The whole meal was such good value and worth every penny, especially given the prompt and super friendly service. Hope to go back one day!

The Hare & Hounds
Main Street, High Hawsker, WhitbyWas camping close by so went for a couple of ales in the afternoon and then back for an evening meal. The ale was tasty and the food was delicious, definitely recommend.

King St, Robin Hood's Bay, WhitbyLovely little cafe right down near Robin Hood Bay’s sea front. Serve coffee in cafetières and variety of hot and cold food. Dogs allowed. Friendly owners who we chatted to about the Juke Box which Sound Leisure in Leeds had renovated.

New Rd, Robin Hood's Bay, WhitbyReally great cafe, good selection of food and drinks. Coffee we had was amazing and so was the scones and cakes. Very reasonable price too given the location. Owners where very friendly as well.

New Rd, Robin Hood's Bay, WhitbyDelicious bacon roll and coffee. The smell wafting down the street was what brought us in. Coffee was good and the bacon and sausage rolls were delicious. Only one guy on, who was cooking and serving so had to collect drinks etc from the till, but he’s very efficient.
