Had Sunday roast here and would definitely come again. Really good, well-chosen set of veg accompaniments - cauliflower cheese, lovely sweet red cabbage, broccoli florets (still with a bit of bite to them - perfectly done) and a gorgeous swede mash. Home-made Yorkshire puddings were fabulous.Decent wine list - reasonable prices.No room for pudding, but there was a really enticing selection.Worth noting that they do prefer cash payment, but are happy to accept cards.Lovely meal!

The Sunday roast was full of flavour. Excellent gravy and nice veg. Unfortunately my beef was a bit tough to cut through and a little bit of fat on it (personally not a fan of fat). However, this wouldn’t put me off going again as it was definitely nice food. I found the chairs a bit uncomfortable though!

A really friendly little pub. I went in with my parents for lunch today and was greeted by really friendly staff and served excellent food. The steak, mushroom and ale pie was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had and has left me full up hours later.Highly recommend and will visit again.
