Decided to get a chippy on our first night of our holiday as we CBA to cook - Well pleased we went to Excelsior.The staff are friendly and efficient and the food is top notch, pro tip - Try the black pudding fritters, absolute game changer.The chippy does get busy but in my view that's a good thing as you never go to a chippy without a queue - Highly recomend it.
ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! Possibly the best fish & chip shop we have visited.2 regular cod and chips which fed 3 of us, scrappies was an added bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you. ?
