Staff way too slowTook a staff member 5 mins, after finding out they had no steak pies, to actually inform the customer who was sat waiting for them. Need training to be able to work in a what should be fast paced environment
Cooplands need to sort their tills out. Second time been in, purchased stuff and paid. On walking out this time, checked prices and thought they have charged me wrong.Spoke to a lady who checked and said it makes no sense why it charged over a £1 more than it should. When she tried to put it through again came up over £5 more.Happily refunded me the overcharge - but it's not acceptable to the staff to have this happening nor to customers who like me don't always check the price...read full review

I Usually get my sandwich during the day at one of the other branches. I try and avoid this one at all costs but sometimes cant. The service is terrible, the staff clearly dont want to be at work. Dont know how to smile and 1 member of staff mumbles at you while taking an order. Just when you think its time to take your order and leave she then walks off to make the sandwich which takes another 5 minutes of hiding behind the wall
