Pad Thai is my favourite. I was disappointed by the fish dish I had. Not what I expected which is shame.

Full breakfast was very full. My egg buttie was fine.
I offered my bank card but the lady preferred cash so I paid with what I had and topped the bill off with my card.

I ordered 12 x 16 inch pizzas for my fiancés 30th birthday party to be delivered at 6pm and they were delivered exactly on time and they even carried them into the house and set them out on the table for us!! 2 King St, Cawood, SelbyQuaint old Theakstons pub with good beer garden, which could benefit from some TLC, particularly just out the back. Beer is good and service was really friendly. Not sure if food is served but on day of our visit ( Sunday ) there was the familiar sight of a food van in the carpark, so I guess not, so just one star for food. Pub is full of character and tucked away down a side street next to Cawood bridge, best to park elsewhere and walk round if driving.

We chose a butcher’s steak pie to share, it was packed with steak & a delicious gravy, the pastry was very tasty. The decor was very tastefully done with fabulous heavy duty wooden tables, benches, backrests & light fixtures. Worth a visit but you need to be there before closing at 2.00 pm

The food is on point and there happy to accommodate changes , price wise it's very fair . Taste in my opinion Is perfect. Parking can be tricky due to location but it's not really an issue . I like you can see all the kitchen and the guys prepping your food. Highly recommend

The music was funny, one minute a bit like lift music, and next a pop classic. That's not a criticism one little bit, it seemed to suit the place perfectly, and whilst there we were both talking about what we would try next time.

After the birth of our first grand daughter we decided to try our new local to celebrate with a pint or two and a fish supper. We found a warm and friendly welcome and although we were too late for the discounted Fish and Chip supper we went ahead and ordered. WOW! The food was fabulous. Hot, fresh and very tasty.
