Probably one of the best pubs I have ever been in.Quiet little pub, good old fashion boozer, staff are lovely and the real ale is superb, if you go get a pint of White Rat, superb ale, so nice I went to the brewery and bought 36 bottles!!
Stayed for a week in Church Fenton and spent most night's in the "Fenton Flyer"Great staff and customers, so warm and friendly, the kind of atmosphere all pubs should have.... The beers are excellent too!

We were not picked up by Drive, a taxi company in York that no one must use. After a walk from Leeds east Airport we ended up here at the Fenton Flyer. We were welcomed with open arms by staff and guests. They arranged a local taxi so we finally made it back to York. We are eternally grateful ❤️
