Extremely poor service from the staff. Waited over 10 minutes before my order was taken at the counter, despite the member of staff saying he'll be with me in a minute. Part of my order was ready, but the rest didn't arrive. Over 10 customers who ordered after me received their orders. After raising it, my order finally arrived about 20 minutes after ordering. Avoid this KFC if you can. Much better service at the nearby McDonald's.
If you would like to wait over 30 minutes for substandard food and burning more fuel than your meal cost this is your place. You will sit in the drive through for more time than it will take you to eat your old meal.

I wanted to make a couple of quick phone calls and that was impossible to hear or talk over the modern, noisy non music.I have a medical condition and need a comfortable seat. All seats are hard plastic or wood.Had to go to the car to eat our food. As even with outdoor clothing on we were frozen.Unfortunately it's always been chilled here inside the kfc.
