We went the for lunch with a couple of friends and were positively surprised with the quality of food. Pizza came very fast and Alice- our waitress was very nice and helpful.Will definitely visit again when we come to York
Absolutely perfect evening. Our birthday celebrations were supported by the wonderful staff, and they couldn't do enough for us to make a special evening even moreso!Kid-friendliness: Children in our party loved our waitress!!!

I’ve sampled Pizza Express in many locations but I have to say the experience at Sampson Square in York was exceptional. We were made to feel so very welcome the moment we walked in the door and service was quick and great.
