I spent the whole day at Kuni's today.The staff were fantastic, polite and efficient as they could be.Especially Emma and Oliver around 4pm when there was an increase on customers and just eat orders. They managed the situation calmly and politely.They are a credit to the company.However, the gentleman who I assume to be the manager who appeared during the busy period, only seemed to ridicule and critique the staff.In my opinion, he should have praised the staff for managing the...read full review
Donāt live locally so wanted to go there as Iāve heard so many good things about it, to find myself standing about 10 minutes with no one serving me and no recognition at all. Could have said āwonāt be long and Iāll serve youā but didnāt even get thatā¦ however the person behind me was willingly recognised and got spoken too by members of staff. My kids absolutely adore Kuni's! Great selection of deserts and sweet treats.If this existed when I was a kid I would of spent all day here playing games, reading comics, trading PokƩmon cards etc
