I had a bit of time to kill before I caught a train so decided to get something to eat from the MacDonalds in Kettering High Street. Like the majority of MacDonalds restaurants nowadays they have touch screen panels for you to order your food from. So far one of the worst I've been in. Most of the staff were chatting away. It took about three of them to give a driver his order for a delivery. They weren't in much of a hurry.The restaurant was dirty from after the school kids had left and no one started to clear up till I was just about to leave with my food for take out. Visited early Friday evening. Ordered from the till. Cashier seemed a little disinterested. As I was waiting for my order I decided to snap some pictures, which seemed to cause consternation amongst the management/supervisory team as conversations began to go back and forth within my earshot, before a voice of reason (manager in charge?) who basically said 'well, what are we going to do?
