Pizzas always nice and hot but shame about the service over the phone. Never straight forward as the lady takes other people's orders and enquiries at the same time which is rude and frustrating when having to wait and repeat yourself.
Once upon arrival, i was welcomed and they took my order professionally as expected, i walked home and the pizza was freshly made (as i watched through the glass window they provide) Tasted great!

However upon questioning and calling the store a lovely lady answered well mannered and understanding of my circumstances she got a fresh got one sent out even though we were outside of the delivery radius. Amazing service great recovery from my POV.
