Fabulous experience from start to finish. Greeted by the owner, swift check in and my room was beautifully decorated with great amenities - fridge with plenty of water, air con, quality bathrobe and crisp white bed linen. Fabulous bathroom with walk in shower and a large feature bath … Noble toiletries are always a bonus. Dinner in Prevost was EXCEPTIONAL. After we visited back in August for fish and chips which was AMAZING, we couldn't wait to come back to try the burger. We are both burger obsessed and means we can be fussy... this was hands down one of the best burgers we've ever eaten. They were so kind and let us add bacon (bar menu). Nothing felt like too much trouble and service was faultless. Everything was cooked to perfection and the chips were spectacular too. After a shocking stay in another hotel last week i was filled with dread about booking another hotel that purported to be a country house hotel with fine dining.
