Love The Purple Ivy. I've always had a lovely meal there, whether it's been eating in or takeaway. Staff are always lovely and helpful and very knowledgeable about their ingredients. Went midweek, a table was made available. The service throughout the meal was exemplary. The menu is very good with dishes we had not sampled before. The food was fantastic, my only quibble being the amount of sauce, it was beautifully spiced, but perhaps if we had a bread it wouldn’t have mattered as much. The value was definitely excellent and we would definitely come back.
