We wanted to take our dad for a game of skittles in local pub and The crown have a table, I checked before that we was allowed to use and Tonia was so helpful even more so when we arrived made us feel so welcome, made it a lovely memory for us and our dad who is terminally ill, we made lovely memories and even got photos of us together as a family, lovely experience for us all and Tonia was so lovely towards us made the visit so special.
What a welcome! Apprehensively, walking in on my own, I was made so welcome by the lady behind the bar. I was working in the area and called in to get a coffee and to use their ‘facilities’. Thank you so much to The Crown for your kindness towards me. If I lived nearer, I’d be a regular!!!

Arrived at the pub yesterday at 12 (4 of us) They had Simon Patrick on in the garden at 5pm! The landlady/Manager was fantastic - really warm welcoming, taken to our table -weather was beautiful and in addition to Elvis she had thought to put a disco on beforehand! Place was alive and we had a fantastic time Well done to all of the staff!! We will certainly be coming back more often!!
