Most of the staff are. aware of my ADHD bipolar OCD disorder due to brain damage of my cerebral lobe in an accident 61 years ago and anxiety for the 64 years especally since my wife passed away 2020 aged 6 m

Despite being packed (on a December Monday evening), we managed to find a table and were warmly welcomed by the staff – and the other diners/drinkers. The menu is extensive and the food was superb. (The Vegan Wellington was fantastic.) The portions were huge and the service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was convivial and cosy. The surroundings were comfy and quirky. We’ve had four or five meals at the Old Swan over the last couple of months and each meal has been utterly delicious. The steaks are particularly good. We bought a large party in recently with a few dietary requirements and everyone was catered for and thrilled with their meals. There are lots of choices of well-kept beer too and the staff are great. This is how pubs should be run.
