After a long walk around the park you might want to grab a bite to eat and a drink, and with inside and outside seating this little place offers a selection of hot and cold café food and beverages. Excellent after a Sunday morning jaunt!
We bring our young grandson to the park when he stays with us. We bring him a packed lunch because the food here is so expensive. We tend to have a coffee as it seems ride to use their tables without buying anything. My husband has a cappuccino and I have a latte. If they give us takeaway cups we have to try and figure out which is which. They don't put choc on top of a cappuccino and the coffees tastes the same. It's a lovely café in many respects, though the service can be a little slow. The food prices these days are absolutely staggering though - £7-£8 for a sandwich and a crescent of crisps is naked profiteering methinks!
