The Village Spice is a lovely restaurant and takeaway in the centre of Long Buckby. We visited on a Sunday evening. As with previous visits, the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. All the food was delicious. King prawn biryani packed with prawns, flavourful garlic mushroom rice, and very tasty onion/mushroom bhajee, aloo chana and sauces. A good selection of vegetarian options too. We'll be back very soon!
I travel extensively for work and have eaten at many Indian restaurants up and down the country, the food at village spice is second to none, the dishes are full of flavour and not over spiced like many restaurants

I went out with my son in law for my birthday it was the first time I had been there it was great the food and the waiter Raj was great I highly recommend and would go back again they also do take aways
