2nd week on the trot our coffee is long finished and no sign of the food. Communication between barista area and food needs to be much better. Will be going to bewitched next week, coffee not so good but you get it all within 5 minutes of each other. I mean, 35 minute wait for 2 sausages and a pre made wrap?!
This used to be a brilliant place for cakes and coffee. The cake selection has greatly reduced. My friend ordered a berry muffin and a coffee, and I ordered a hot chocolate. We went outside and waited, and after a while out came the berry muffin (which my friend said was delicious). A couple who came after us were served their drinks. We waited. Filthy place. Cannot believe the managers allow it. Where is the area manager ? You should be auditing the cleaning standards. The floors had not been swept in a while, just neglected. On one good note there was a very nice young man helping to clear tables. Please look beyond the table top and get it cleaned
