A hidden gem. Our second visit. This time with our son, daughter in law and grandson. Firstly the service is excellent. The staff are very accommodating in every way. Secondly the food is absolutely fantastic and very tasty. Fresh and of very good quality. This time we tried the cakes too. So many to choose from. Lovely tearoom tucked away in the countryside. Clearly popular with those in the know, it’s a true hidden gem. We had the afternoon tea, pre booked a day earlier. It was delicious. The bread was lovely and fresh, cake moist and scones still warm. Lots of jam and cream too. Couldn’t fault the food and the service was even better. Very friendly and polite.
