Went for a fun Father’s Day meal with the family. As a kfc lover you’re expecting decent quality chicken and for the food to be hot. Unfortunately all of our meals came out practically ice cold. I knew standards, portion sizes and service has slipped drastically at local KFC branches. But I took a chance as every now and then you get a decent meal.Went to counter where a boy, possibly from Sudan had little grasp of English yet was trying to take orders. 2nd time i have visited armagh KFC in the last 2 months and disappointed on both occasions. Food order wrong 2day, missing items, chicken burnt and cold and no sides given. The place is dirty, really run down, understaffed and needs sorted ASAP.
