This is probably the best Chinese in all of Ireland. Chef Alan sets himself apart in a world of restaurants lacking in distinct flavor or unique character. His duck melts in your mouth awash in sweet, salty Hoisin. It's far more of an experience than merely a meal, and I weep every time I leave.

Easily the best Chinese my wife and I have ever had. We always make a point of getting one every Friday when we stay at our caravan nearby. We now won't go anywhere else as it doesn't compare to Dragon Sun.
