I wanted to give a special mention to this particular Costa. I frequently call in after shopping in Sainsbury's. Today they were just about to close, but kindly accommodated me as I felt very much in need of a coffee!I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I'm very much looking forward to being able to 'sit in' when restrictions are lifted.To the staff: please know that your kindness makes a difference. nice coffee and does milshakes that the kids love. also does a wee babychino thats a little mini hot chocolate thats suitable for a young child in a mini take away cup, its really cute. dont really rate the buns or cake as they never seem fresh, but coffee top notch.

There was a slight problem with the drinks we received but me and my partner hadn’t even noticed. Whoever was on shift today took it upon themselves to apologise and refund us the difference in cost of drink and gave us a couple of sweeties to apologise. Absolutely wonderful customer service for a problem we hadn’t even realised was a problem :)
