I left my AirPods and charger plugged in as I left to board my flight on 29th June 2023. I made contact with the number on google and got through to ‘Kerry’. I was already boarded by the time I realised. Merry kept me on the phone, located my belongings and went to the gate to try get them to me before they closed the doors to the plane. A delayed flight meant a longer than usual visit to Starbucks - Ellen worked really hard to keep the tables cleaned and the customers happy - made a long stay much more bearable - well done Ellen

Had a fabulous start to our short break in Starbucks. We were very well looked after by Ellen who kept our area spotless while we waited for our plane to be called. Happy holidays ☀️
