The Royal Bar is a great little bar, friendly and welcoming, there’s always live music on there too with some great singers including a local guy called Bill McIntyre who has a fantastic voice, he’s a great guy who is very much in demand all over Belfast in the various clubs and bars etc.. you should definitely check him out as he plays all over Belfast throughout the week but especially every weekend.The Royal Bar has a mixture of ages there, Friday nights seem to cater more...read full review

Had a great afternoon in The Royal on Saturday 16 December 2023. All the locals were friendly. Sandra was super friendly and helpful, booking a table nearby in Darcys for our evening meal. As 4 English people we felt no threats and safe. Will be back, John, Janette, Trisha & Leigh.
