Wonderful stay under the new team!. Excellent refurbishment...wonderful colour schemes throughout. After many years staying at the Smugglers was anxious about change but neednt have worried! Really friendly staff...Emma on reception and Alan were excellent as were the waiting staff. A great team on duty this weekend! Our 2 granddaughters loved their stay, as always! Food excellent on Saturday evening and good entertainment in the bar afterwards. Really lovely breakfast this morning!...read full review
Lovely Hotel with hard working, friendly staff. Breakfast and Dinner were very nice. The only issue we had was our dormer room was tight for head space when getting in and out of the bed. Velux windows had blinds but light came through either side of the blinds.
(Now Grey’s) Location is amazing with easy access to see all that the coast has to offer. Service was top notch -we were treated like gold and appreciated Adam’s personal touches. The room was large with a wonderful view. Bathroom was very modern and spotless. Bed was very comfortable.
