Really lovley dog friendly location. Food is really good, the atmosphere is great and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Accessible via train or car, with a beach nearby for a nice post-dinner walk! Would recommend.
We enjoyed a meal recently in Bertha's bar Castlerock, our order of fish, chips and a steak was plainly served and very tasty. The service was unusual, we wanted to change our table due to a draft from an outer door but weren't permitted to do so. Our drinks never came until we hailed another member of staff who was most apologetic. The pub is older in style and has a nice and very popular beer garden.

My family and I have visited a couple of times over the past month or so, both for food and drinks. A warm and inviting atmosphere, the food is delicious and fantastically priced should you wish to have 1,2 or 3 courses. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommended the Sunday roast ?
