Lovely staff, coping well after a kid's party. Loaded fries, chicken and sweet chilli sauce was tasty as was the Irish stew, unusually made with mince but worked well and no doubt ideal with kids. Nice walk and great views from the fishing ponds.Parking: Don't turn into the large pretentious house just before The Lakes. Use next entrance up the hill by the trees.

Have been going to moorbrook fishery and coffee shop for quite a few years now carrying on from previous owners.Great staff friendly food good ? but in a less positive note is there really any need to install cameras above eating tables where people are eating and on various personal devices,.where they are moniterd throughout their visit to the coffee shop .I personally feel this has to be looked at again the location of the cameras yes most Definitely for securityi can understand...read full review

Just had dinner at Moorbrook. I could highly recommend the food here.I had chickpea curry which was amazing,all the other dishes ordered at the table were equally as good. Also really nice to be able to order wine with dinner. Get yourselves down here to keep them open in the evening.
