We had a lovely afternoon and a very special afternoon tea for a friend leaving work. The food was fresh, delicious and very moreish. Everything was beautifully presented and if you left hungry it was your own fault, an abundance of food available. Everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed the food and beautiful back drop inside and out! Dorothy is an extremely attentive host and thanks to Pippa and Jessica for looking after us so well.
From the moment of our arrival we were put at ease by the lovely warm welcome we received from Dorothy. We enjoyed a fantastic tour of the castle, and afterwards sat down to a splendid afternoon tea, beautifully presented, and perfectly timed courses. Overall, an excellent experience, 5 stars. Highly recommended and can't wait to return! ?
