Having recently moved to Downpatrick I only tried out this Gem last week and I've already returned 3 times, a clean spacious cafe, following covid 19 guidelines, with very friendly, polite and helpful staff. I had my sunflower badge on for my hidden disability and I was offered help which was great. The food is yummy! Favourite orders at Costa (regardless of branch) seldom disappoint.My personal Favourite is their carrot cake with a flat white... but just the other day, I tried this twisted choc, cinnamon, custard pastry with a new C'mas flavour 'Sticky Toffee Latte'... was interesting and nice for a change, but my usual is stiol my Favourite.
