Headed down to Newcastle with the family last Wednesday (August 30th).. called into John Mac's but it was closed.Did a Google search and found McCann's.Not going to get into which I prefer because that's down to personal taste.The chips were crisp and dry, the fish was soft and fluffy.Despite, liking dry and crispy fish, I found this to be very agreeable. Fish was first-class!! Chips were the best I have ever had! Definitely worth a visit and highly recommend!! And let's not forget the ice cream in a cone with a coffee to finish the evening!
