Absolute shambles...Arrived at drive through kiosk and sat there waiting while 2 other cars went through the other kiosk ahead of me. Eventually got to the 1st window to pay and the boy goes through the list of orders on his screen but none of them are a plain QP meal for my son so he puts it through again.I get to the 2nd window and offcourse they ask me to park. Based on a mamagment decision I have to take a trip through the drive through for each order. For a start thats just plain stupid cause your missing out on money but for a company that claims to be helping the cause for climate change thats a lot of unnecessary driving. Get it sorted.
