The staff are friendly. My only problem with this place needs a deep clean. Walked in for lunch every empty table had dirty dishes and trays on them. I understand they are busy especially over the weekend. I go in quite regularly I always have to get a highchair for my wee boy. EVERY TIME I’ve had to clean the highchair thoroughly! They are never cleaned they are either sticky or left over food from the last child. Plus the floor looks like it’s not been cleaned always dirty....read full review

Bob and Berts is great. You know what you're going to get, We had lunch in the belfast branch last week and coffee in the Newtownards branch on Sunday.Good coffee, non dairy options, good atmosphere and sensible prices.All good!Dietary restrictions: Non dairy milks for coffee

Attended recently with a friend at this local cafe. I ordered the all day advocate smash breakfast, which was delivered to me by pleasant and helpful staff. The dish was very tasty.
