Rooms a bit dated and arrived after dark which didn't do this place justice. Prime location at the door step to Northumberland. Mahoosive Lake outside and swans lined the car park in the morning. Meal deal at the onsite restaurant.

Rooms and reception staff as you would expect. Clean and very professional reception staff. However, the food offering is at best 2/5. The restaurant staff are very variable they go through the expected customer checklist but have, in my experience, little enthusiasm. The food offering is lacking, and it is average at best. The fact that there is nothing in the immediate area means that unless you are prepared to drive, you have little option. In addition, carpark access is very rutted with large potholes. Good location and lots of potential.
