A dog friendly pub with a good atmosphere, warm and welcoming. I had a lager, cheap for the current climate and was spot on. A cosy fire burned in the hearth, will be visiting again.
Visited The Coble several times this week whilst on holiday. What a fabulous place. Very friendly staff, owners and customers, not forgetting the beautiful dog. Always made to feel welcome. Open mic night tonight was brilliant, a real community vibe. Lovely place to enjoy a drink, dogs welcome. Well worth a visit.

Stopped off here on a hot sunny day. Very friendly atmosphere in the pub and enjoyed a few drinks. My two little dogs were with me and they were treated to a nice bowl of water to cook down.Would definitely visit again when I return to Newbiggin by the Sea.Dog friendly and a nice drinking area outside are two real plus points that make this pub a great option for visitors to Newbiggin.Certainly on my recommended list.
