Ordered a take away on Saturday evening, spent over £40 on old food, completely disgusted after this "meal", burger buns was old, probably already defrosted ( to save time?) they saved on the quality though as time they took, all burgers were so dry and very poorly presented l, forgot 1 of the burgers in my order so I had to go back, chips was ok but not top quality either, staff looked unhappy to help, all food was cold and we eat no more than 4mins after receiving it. Also you staff doesn't want to take orders at till which prevents me from using my discount, wonder why?!Very overpriced I would've liked to only pay £5 for that meal and go to feed the ducks!There are better faster chains with higher standard of quality and about 30% less in price.

Ordered via haven app for caravan delivery at 5pm for delivery at 7.30pm. 8pm now and not a sign. No one answers the phone and no way of finding out what’s happening.

Seems like they're just relying on the captive audience and don't care about the food, service or anything they should do. Took them 30 minutes to get 6 orders out, along with a couple for delivery. When mine arrived it was missing multiple items, including an entire meal. The staff were quick to rectify but it seemed like that was mostly to avoid having to interact with us further. Was hopeful that the food would have been made fresh due to the wait but all of the burgers were dry. Probably ok if there's literally nobody waiting, otherwise I'd avoid unless you're happy with a long wait.

I have never been anywhere before with this kind of service. This place was so busy lots of orders packed up and put into heating cabinet what little staff they did have on were just standing about serving counter was disgusting spilt juice everywhere plus receipts all over serving counter that needed to be binned after a 40 minute wait for our food it was stone cold sprite juice was like water would never ever return here and would 100% never recommend. TBH given then 1⭐️ was over rating this place Haggerston Castle need to get this place sorted out or close it down ?

We were there for 7 days & half of that they told us the burger machine isn't working. Lots of not in stock items on the menu too. Hopefully next time I'll be able to have something other than a chicken burger

Quick Pit stop for a burger, the que went down fairly fast, which was a surprise.We attended early afternoon of the 7th May. The gentleman who took our order, I wasn't sure if he was awake or breathing, but credit to him, he got the order correct. A positive the lady who gave us our food was very polite, helpful and well presented. I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger meal, how that burger is £5 I've no idea (see photo). More of a worry was the que that a load of flies had created to get to the grease.

Sadly the beef burger machine was out of order.I could only have a chicken burger which is me on holiday lol staff were friendly but maybe unprepared for this weekend.
Food tasty. Knocked off one star as fries weren't very hot.

Was on holiday, decided on burger king, used the self service machiene whilst employee stood and watched me all the way untill i was trying to pay and it wouldnt let me. Only then did he decide to tell me it wasnt working. No idea why they hadnt put out of order sticker on or tell me before i started using it. I then tried placing my order through him for him to say no burgers! Unbelieveable! So unhelpful.

Order machines were not working. The server pretty much just growled at me and the chips were cold. This was on top of the inflated prices due to being in a caravan park.

They had no Burgers.... Need I say more.Haggerston Castle, captive audience. Charge a fortune and can't provide burgers.Their excuse...the boiler isn't working and we can't boil them...... I thought they were Flame Grilled, at least that's what the advert says.
