Called in for breakfast before heading for Hadrians Wall and glad we did. Great home cooked food and homemade cakes/bakes. We did the short walk around the village and would recommend it.
Lovely, lovely, lovely cafe. Managed to hold of the fear of the coming storm if only for a brief 15 minutes. Also had a small stock of various items useful while hiking, could come in handy.

Had the best time here while on the Hadrian wall route. Luckily landed on a night the greek food truck was out front so they were open later than usual. Food was amazing, baked goods were delicious and Andi was hands down one of the nicest people you will ever meet.
