Lovely. Not as nice as when it had an upstairs years ago but nice enough. Like virtually all venues in the UK in 2023, overpriced but that's the UK not this restaurant in particular.
We regularly visit the restaurant along Backstreet, usually on busy Saturday evenings. The staff are always pleasant and friendly, not pushy or waiting on you to finish before scooping up your plate! The food hits the spot everytime. It doesn’t matter if you order a simple pizza to risotto or spicy seafood, your guaranteed absolute quality from the tiny kitchen.
