Staff friendly & efficient & the cafe is clean & tidy!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options limited, tesco could make the effort for people with dietary requirements because of health issues, unlike wasting their time on fad food/diets for Vegetarians, which is more often a choice issue. Come on tesco keep up to date & try to treat everyone fairly!Parking: Excellent although not enough disabled spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Good.

I visited the café today with my two year old. As soon as I walked over to a table, a wonderful member of staff offered to go and get me a high chair, which he did immediately. I went and ordered our food, the same member of staff then carried our food and drinks over to our table without a second thought. The other male member of staff on the till was great, service was friendly and efficient. When we had finished lunch we went to the baby changing room. We found this was in use so waited outside. Another staff member offered to open another changing room for us. I have not received such brilliant service anywhere else. So so impressed. Thank you all so much you really helped me out today! What a brilliant team! X

I really want to give someone some credit here, we went in the morning to Hexham Tesco cafe and a gentleman that was on the till was so pleasant, professional, with customer facing skills that I have honestly only seen in high end areas, what a credit to Tesco for the employment of this man, he is a game changer as far as I am concerned and am sure he alone will encourage business productivity for this cafe - we will be back based on this experience alone and the food was well cooked and presented so hats off to the unseen staff in the back also - bloody good effort Tesco
We visit Hexham, Tesco cafe regularly and the staff are always first class with their service. Tuesday 21st June we went about 4.15pm and the young lady on the till was lovely. She took our order efficiently and was even good enough to bring the drinks to our table for us . The Cafe is always clean and tidy and the lattes are spot on. Would recommend.

Disappointed. I am sure there was only one fish finger in the wrap. It was a wrap in a wrap. Not sure why. Considering the recruitment is very challenging to get through. Do not understand how you can get. A wrap wrong.
